I have never in all my life had a hotel tell me that my reservation was a first come first serve basis?! What?! I had wanted to take my mom out for her 60th birthday and decided to stay there (it looked cool) so I made reservations online like I have many MANY times before (for other stays), for a room with 2 queens, and received a confirmation number after I put my info in.
